feat(api): update user profile and events endpoints

- Modified the summary for the public user profile endpoint to reflect that host stats are included only for verified hosts.
- Renamed the endpoint for fetching public organizer events and updated its operation ID.
- Enhanced the event listing endpoint with additional query parameters for pagination, sorting, filtering, and result types.
- Introduced a new endpoint to retrieve the profile summary for the authenticated user, including wallet balance and notification counts.
